It is our guide that helps us put our values into action
Our Code of Organizational Conduct provides alignment to help us make the right ethical decisions while conducting business on behalf of Chronus BioPharm.

The Code is an instrument to help us apply our Core Values to specific situations that we may face. The Code helps us to live our values in our daily actions. That’s why we call the Values Code.
The Code of Values serves as our standard of reference and as a guide for our other Written Standards, such as policies, procedures.

Individually, and as members of the Chronus BioPharm team, each of us is responsible for acting with integrity every day. Each of us must accept this commitment because ours is a shared responsibility.

Doing the right thing in today’s business environment is not always easy. Health laws and regulations change, and ethical situations can be complicated. While our commitment and responsibilities are clear, sometimes it is difficult to know what to do in certain situations. That’s why we periodically review our Organizational Code of Conduct and provide you with resources to help you understand our standards and expectations, to help you make good judgments and make good decisions for the Organization, our patients and clients, and for you.

Talk if you have any concerns. Chronus BioPharm strictly prohibits any retaliation. This is a cornerstone of the Compliance Program. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation, either by a Director or a Manager or a co-worker, against an individual because he or she made a good faith report of a legal or ethical concern. This non-retaliation policy also extends to any person who helps or cooperates in an investigation or report of a legal or ethical concern.

We live and work in a global environment and face a series of laws and regulations governing the operations of our industry. These laws and regulations have a direct impact on our daily work. They also govern our interactions with our many business partners and partners such as researchers, patients, health professionals and governments.
We understand that these laws and regulations are there to help protect the patients, clients, and investors we serve. For that simple reason, we are committed to maintaining the letter and spirit of these laws and regulations wherever we do business, succinctly summarizing the following:
Everywhere we operate; We must be aware of and comply with the laws and regulations governing our business activities
Because we operate in many different countries and jurisdictions, there may appear to be a conflict between applicable laws. When you encounter a conflict of this type, consult with the Legal Department openly.
Violation of laws, regulations or the Code, or encouraging others to do so, exposes the Company to liability and endangers its own reputation and that of the Organization. Chronus BioPharm, will take appropriate disciplinary action against any collaborator or business partner whose actions are found to be in violation of these policies or any other Chronus BioPharm policy.
In case of violation of the laws, we will cooperate fully with the competent authorities.
